Shipping Policy

At Sass Artworks, we make shipping simple and reliable.

Flat Rate Shipping – All domestic orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide.

Delivery Method – Orders are sent via Australia Post, with tracking included on all parcels.

Express Post Upgrade – Express Post is available as an optional upgrade at checkout for faster delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: selecting Express Post does not change the processing time of your order.

Processing Time – Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Timeframe – Standard delivery times vary depending on your location, generally 3–7 business days within metro areas and slightly longer for regional or remote locations. Express Post timeframes are determined by Australia Post.

Tracking – Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
