At Sass Artworks, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund terms carefully.
Things you must do after purchasing on our website
You must:

Contact Australia Post or the courier company directly if you have late, stolen, or damaged deliveries;

Seek our prior written consent before any publication of information about us; and

Keep all communications confidential in the case of a dispute.
You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, re-sell, or exploit our digital products in any way.
Physical Products

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds (or replacements where possible) will be processed once we have inspected the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchase.

Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
